Bristle Blaster® Steel Belt - Underwater

The dedicated replacement belt for Bristle Blaster® Subsea machines. Built for the underwater hydraulic device with its unique water-drive system, it runs fewer bristles than the standard belt so it works comfortably at greater depths.

Mounts to the subsea quick-lock system (pack of 4 caged belts) and produces a profiled surface ideal for the mechanical bonding of anti-corrosion coatings.

Connected to a power unit via a neutrally buoyant high-pressure hose, the Subsea delivers surface preparation comparable to Sa2.5 or Sa3, with profile levels up to 60 µm Rz — coating-grade prep, underwater.
