基材决定研磨带的化学成分。不锈钢需使用专用不锈钢研磨带及专用加速挡杆。
碳钢结构钢、管道、储罐
不锈钢食品级、海洋、工艺设备
铝材航空航天、汽车、有色金属
薄板薄钢板、汽车车身
混凝土地面、墙体、土木结构
已选择不锈钢。请使用不锈钢级研磨带（蓝色标签）及专用不锈钢加速挡杆。切勿在不锈钢工件上使用碳钢挡杆。

请为您的涂装体系选择所需的锚纹深度。
锚纹深度 · SSPC-SP11。粗糙度等级通过表面粗糙度对比样板、复制胶带（ASTM D4417-C）或仪器（Ra/Rz）测量。等级以µm和mil值表示。

选择您所遵循的规范标准——ISO 8501-1（Sa/St）或SSPC/AMPP。两者映射至相同的研磨带选型结果。
